What Goes Around...

A letter to the Miami Herald, sent today:

Dear editor,

In a letter printed in the August 20 edition of the Herald, Joanie Thomas of Miami Springs wrote, "As I watched the forced removal of Israelis from Gaza, I wondered how Native Americans were feeling."

I personally reflected on the forced removal of Palestinians from their land and homes in that same region just over a half-century ago.
